These awards shine a light on the innovative and practical ways workplaces can empower veterans, harness their diverse skills, and create meaningful pathways for long-term success.<\/p>\n<p>We are especially proud to celebrate <a id=\"ember978\" class=\"ember-view\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/savannaha-wells-8336a2372\/\">Savannaha Wells<\/a>, from <a class=\"JkSzjOwJZiApOKqivnCelsDlXkUqe \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/rsllcveteranservices\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">RSL LifeCare Veteran Services<\/a> at the Shoalhaven Veteran and Family Hub, who has been named Partner Employee of the Year. This recognition reflects her commitment, compassion, and deep understanding of the unique needs of veterans and their families. Savannaha\u2019s work demonstrates just how vital these hubs are in ensuring veterans receive the care, advocacy, and opportunities they deserve.<\/p>\n<p>Today also marks the third anniversary of the Veteran and Family Hubs program \u2014 a journey that began in Shoalhaven and has now expanded to nine locations across Australia.
