The Bowling Green has an area of 1,500 m2 capacity of 500. There is a small amenities block, large freestanding shelter and 20 amp 3 phase power plus single phase outlets. It is suitable for small community and charity or popup commercial events and has been used as a venue for outdoor movies. This is a great place to picnic, celebrate family milestones, get active, explore our history or attend one of the many events and festivals. Parramatta Park is on the western edge of the Parramatta CBD and is an easy walk from Parramatta and Westmead railway stations or the Rivercat terminal. The Bowling Green is adjacent to a car park which has ample spaces at the weekend. Note: Listed price is for up to 300 attendees. Additional cost for up to 500. Rangers and cleaners may be required for your event and will incur extra charges.

World Heritage-listed Parramatta Park is 85 hectares of lawns and gardens, historic monuments, outdoor event spaces, and sporting and leisure facilities. The park is one of the earliest gazetted public parks in Australia, dedicated as a park in 1857.
