Celebrating One Year of Partnership: PCYC NSW + Vennu 1024 684 Vennu

Twelve months ago, PCYC NSW partnered with Vennu to make it easier for people to connect with their local clubs and book spaces for the activities that matter most to them.

Led by CEO Ben Hobby and his senior team and embraced by staff across ten clubs—from Fairfield/Cabramatta in Sydney, to Tweed Heads in the north, Goulburn in the south, and Orange in the west—all across the state of NSW, this change has been all about people: helping teams work more easily and helping communities engage more directly.

💡 What’s changed for people:
🔷 Teams spend less time on admin and more time supporting members and visitors
🔷 Guests can make same-day bookings, for one-off or recurring activities, with simpler processes and peace of mind that liability insurance is included
🔷 Families, schools, and community groups can book online in just a few clicks
🔷 Staff can share booking responsibilities with Delegate Access while staying connected
🔷 Visitors find it easier to discover and book spaces, including through integration with PCYC’s new website and social media

🌟 The impact:
🔷 Staff are empowered with simpler, more flexible tools
🔷 Communities across NSW are engaging more often with their local PCYC
🔷 Demand for digital bookings is strong—and growing
🔷 Customers value trusted, responsive service and keep coming back

This partnership has shown what’s possible when technology supports people-first service. It’s been an incredible year—and we’re excited to see PCYC teams and communities continue to thrive.

We’re deeply grateful to the PCYC NSW leadership and team for their trust, energy, and commitment in making this change a success.
