Deloitte’s second Well-Being at Work Survey, conducted with Workplace Intelligence, found that organisations struggle to improve employee well-being. Leaders inaccurately believe their workforce’s well-being has improved since COVID restrictions were lifted.
Over 80% of respondents prioritise improving their well-being, but obstacles hinder their progress.
The survey identifies three keys to unlocking workforce well-being: empowering managers, setting meaningful goals, and adopting a long-term approach. Organisations prioritising human sustainability create value for workers and society.
