Host your next gathering in Ulladulla without the high venue costs. The 1st Burrill-Ulladulla Scout Hall is a bright, open-plan hall for up to 60 guests. It is available from $30 per hour, with tables and chairs included at no extra charge. High-pitched ceilings, natural light and newly sanded timber floors give the hall a clean, flexible base for any event. Screened windows let sea breezes through, and upgraded interior and exterior lighting supports daytime and evening use. The venue includes a newly renovated kitchen for catering and refreshments, private bathroom facilities, and a small separate meeting room for breakout sessions or storage. Indoor and outdoor areas are both available. Hire includes 60 new padded folding chairs and 9 bifold 6-foot trestle tables, each seating 6 to 8 guests. You may also bring your own furniture. Ideal for: Children’s birthday parties: Alcohol-free, affordable, with tables and chairs ready to use. High teas and bridal showers: A renovated kitchen and enough table seating for 60. Fitness and exercise classes: Open floor space with timber flooring and good ventilation. Craft fairs, book fairs and art exhibitions: Trestle tables for stalls and natural light for displays. Homeschooling groups and workshops: A main hall plus a separate meeting room for smaller groups. Community and club meetings: Low hourly rates for regular or one-off bookings. The minimum hire period is 1.5 hours, which includes 1 hour of usage plus an additional half-hour for set-up and pack-down​/​cleaning. The total minimum payment is $37.50 ($30 for the hour plus $35.00 for the extra half-hour). We also offer a discounted rate for daily hire. To keep fees low, we do not charge a cleaning fee; however, booking clients are expected to perform basic cleaning tasks (such as wiping surfaces, sweeping, and mopping wet areas) before locking up at the end of their hire period. Cleaning products are provided. A fee of $50 will be charged if the site is not left in a clean condition. Please note that parking is only available on the street; no parking is allowed on the grass. Under NSW Scouts policy, alcohol is not permitted on the premises at any time. The hall is convenient for hirers across the Milton-Ulladulla district, including Mollymook, Milton, Burrill Lake and Narrawallee, and the wider Shoalhaven region on the NSW South Coast.
