Bethel Church Wauchope has been a part of the Wauchope community for over 30 years. It is a versatile building with various options of rooms for hire. Our building is perfect for business meetings, workshops and training events, children's parties, homeschool meet-ups, craft and book fairs, art exhibitions, weddings, funerals, and more. Hire of the Auditorium includes: theatre-style seating for up to 120 people, sound system, AV system, lectern, portable whiteboard, and reverse cycle air conditioning. Hire of the Function Room includes: trestle tables and seating for up to 100 people; the use of an outdoor patio area; a large, portable TV with HDMI connection; a small sound system; a lectern; a large portable whiteboard; and reverse cycle air conditioning. The room can be set up in multiple ways to suit your function and needs. We are happy to arrange catering for you, depending on your budget and needs. If you wish to self-cater, we can provide the use of plates, bowls, cups, mugs, serving dishes and cutlery for up to 50 people plus washing-up facilities for an extra cost. Tea, coffee, filtered water and milk can also be provided at extra cost. Any extra costs are invoiced directly to you by Bethel Hire. In close walking distance are a new service centre, the Timbertown IGA and Bago Tavern. There is some parking available onsite, plus nearby roadside parking.
