Magnificent waterfront location for your next conference, off-site meeting, training event or product launch. Our new and modern venue is located over the water at The Spit, Mosman, with stunning views of the beautiful Middle Harbour and adjacent Marinas. The large, fully air-conditioned training room features a 102-inch interactive mobile screen for presentations, fast Wi-Fi internet, a mobile whiteboard, and motorised blinds. Mobile fold-down tables and stack-able chairs allow the room to be configured to suit your function, such as a sit-down auditorium or a meeting room. There is abundant public parking nearby at Spit Reserve and a B-Line bus nearby. Your support through hiring our venue for your business event helps fund and support the vital work our volunteers perform for the community. You will have exclusive us the conference room outlined and ready access to the kitchenette and bathrooms but due to the nature of our work on rare occasions we may be tasked to have a crew deploy a rescue vessel from the base but this will not disrupt your function as the crew ready room is in a separate area. Normally the facility is unmanned on the off-duty booking days, but if tasked the vessel crew that is assembled will be heading out on the rescue vessel quite promptly.

About the organisation
Marine Rescue NSW - Middle Harbour is a not-for-profit organisation operated by a team of dedicated volunteers whose mission is to save lives on the water. Our volunteers are on duty at the base every weekend, on public holidays and each Wednesday. We have 90 active volunteers split over 5 duty watches who train and assist the public on the Sydney Waterways and perform search and rescue operations.

We welcome daytime Business Meetings, small conferences, and training events. Daytime use only (8 am to 6 pm), limited to weekdays (Mon - Fri) subject to availability. No on-site food preparation permitted, there are several cafes/restaurants/clubs close by that serve food and beverages. Catered meals are permitted as long as the caterer cleans up afterwards and all related food scraps and garbage is removed. No Alcohol permitted on-site This is a strictly a Non-Smoking venue Due to the associated risks of a waterfront location, no children are permitted under the age of 12 years.
