Glow is a unique and versatile function venue on the Gold Coast, designed to support events of all sizes with modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. From private meetings and workshops to large-scale conferences, presentations, and community events, the space is thoughtfully equipped to help your event run smoothly from start to finish. The venue features a range of flexible spaces, including: - A large auditorium with seating for up to 750 guests - A dedicated theatre space ideal for mid-sized events, screenings, or presentations for up to 150 guests - Corporate office spaces available for private hire. - For family-friendly events, our indoor kids’ play park is also available for private birthday parties and special occasions. With comfortable furnishings, adaptable layouts, and a range of supporting amenities, Glow provides a professional yet relaxed environment suitable for corporate, community, and special events alike. Glow offers a range of professional AV solutions to support events of all sizes, from simple presentations to full-scale productions. Packages are available to suit your needs, including basic sound and stage lighting through to comprehensive production setups for conferences, performances, and large events. The venue is also equipped with four cameras for recording and multi-camera livestreaming, making it ideal for hybrid events, live broadcasts, and capturing content for later use. Our flexible technology options allow your event to be delivered with a polished and professional experience.

Conveniently located just 1 km from the M1 Motorway (Exit 84) and within walking distance of Varsity Lakes Railway Station, the venue is easily accessible by car, train, and other transport options. On-site parking is available for up to 75 vehicles, with an adjacent field accommodating an additional 400 vehicles, plus ample street parking nearby for added convenience. The venue is also ideally positioned just a 5-minute drive from Robina Town Centre, 20 minutes from Surfers Paradise, 35 minutes from Gold Coast Airport, and approximately 1 hour from Brisbane.

Our interior has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere that feels both comfortable and functional. Guests can relax in a variety of carpeted lounge areas featuring comfortable couches—perfect for networking, informal conversations, or taking a break during your event. For dining and casual gatherings, we offer a range of modern café-style tables and seating. The venue also includes cushioned auditorium seating that can be arranged in multiple configurations to suit presentations, workshops, or performances. To support flexible event setups, we also provide 25 trestle tables available for use, allowing the space to be easily tailored to your event’s layout and style.

Our large concreted carpark offers more than just convenient parking—it can also be transformed into a versatile outdoor event space. With plenty of open space, it provides a flexible outdoor setting that can easily be adapted to suit a wide range of event styles and experiences.
