This unique area is perfect for a variety of "do-it-yourself" functions, including parties, family gatherings, outdoor meetings, engagements, movie screenings, photography sessions, and more. You can also enjoy a bush walk while listening to the sounds of birds and wildlife; you might even spot some wallabies foraging after dusk. The location is just over an hour from Sydney and forty minutes from Newcastle. Situated on the shoulder of Mt Nellinda, the property features rolling hills with stunning bush and tree views, along with two large dams that serve as a sanctuary for our geese. This rural farm property includes a homestead and a large greenhouse where we grow potted flowers and seasonal vegetables. The space covers approximately 1200 square meters, with a grassed area of 150 square meters, allowing for a large marquee for special events. There is comfortable seating for around 50 people, excluding any additional seating within the marquee. The venue includes a long 9-meter bench area for food preparation, as well as space for a bar area. Additional amenities include flushable porta-loos, a large two-sided BBQ suitable for large gatherings, power points, and lighting over the BBQ area, with convenient access to water.
