Designed for families, the Agile​/​BBQ Space accommodates up to 30 guests and lets children play safely on the lawn while adults cook, eat and relax nearby. A central BBQ station with seating and a shaded eating area makes outdoor meals simple. Hire includes access to the Hub's kitchen, tea and coffee facilities, and bathrooms. Discounts are available for current and former serving Defence members and their families, ex-service organisations and not-for-profit groups. After-hours access can be arranged on request. The Hub is close to public transport, 25 minutes from Huskisson and under an hour from Ulladulla. Please note this is an alcohol-free venue. About the organisation

The Shoalhaven Veteran and Family Hub in Nowra is operated by RSL LifeCare's charitable arm, with support from RSL NSW. It supports current and former Defence members and their families through wellbeing, education and employment, equine, housing, DVA advocacy and events programs. All rooms may be hired by the community and hire income funds new programs.
