Vennu “Book Your Next Get Together” Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Vennu Pty Ltd (“Vennu”), Australia.
2. Registration
The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Competition Period”).
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over with a valid Vennu account
- Both new and existing users are eligible to enter
- New users must create an account and complete qualifying booking activity during the Competition Period
- The competition is open to bookings made on listings located within Australia
- Employees of Vennu, its related entities, and any agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter
- Entries are limited to one account per individual. Vennu reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who creates multiple accounts
4. How to Enter
- Entry is automatic and based on booking activity completed via the Vennu platform during the Competition Period
- No additional action is required to enter
Entries are allocated as follows:
- +1 entry for each booking request submitted
- +3 entries for each confirmed booking
- Additional entries may be awarded for repeat bookings and bookings made as part of a multi-booking series
- There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant can receive
- Only booking activity occurring during the Competition Period will be eligible
5. Valid Entries
- Entries must be generated through genuine booking activity conducted in the normal use of the Vennu platform
- Entries associated with the following will be deemed invalid and excluded:
- cancelled bookings
- declined bookings
- bookings that do not proceed to payment
- fraudulent, artificial or manipulated activity
- Vennu reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or attempts to manipulate the competition
6. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive up to AUD $1,000 towards bookings made via the Vennu platform
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
7. Prize Redemption
- The prize will be delivered via reimbursement of eligible bookings
- Reimbursement will be processed after payment has been successfully captured for each booking:
- for single bookings, this occurs at the time of booking
- or multiple bookings, this occurs approximately 72 hours prior to each booking occurrence
- Reimbursement applies only to bookings where payment has been successfully processed
- The prize may be used across multiple bookings until the total value of $1,000 is reached
- If the value of a booking exceeds the remaining prize balance, only the remaining balance will be reimbursed. Any additional cost must be paid by the winner
- The remaining prize balance will decrease as reimbursements are made
- Bookings must be made via Vennu and payment must be successfully processed on or before 30 November 2026 to be eligible
- Bookings made close to the deadline may not be eligible if payment is not processed before the cut-off date
- Any unused portion of the prize after this date will be forfeited
8. Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected via random draw from all valid entries
- Each entry will be assigned a unique number and the winner will be selected using an electronic random number generator
- The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 1 July 2026
9. Winner Notification & Publication
- The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of the draw
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Vennu reserves the right to redraw
- The winner’s first name and initial may be published on Vennu’s website, email or social channels
10. General Conditions
- Vennu reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions
- Vennu reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition where reasonably required
- Vennu’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
11. Privacy
- Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Vennu’s Privacy Policy
- Information will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner
